HRIAT TÛR PAWIMAWH ṬHENKHATTE

1. Educational Qualification :

The education qualification for all the services is different in CDS examination :

• Army – For army, the candidate must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.

• Navy – The candidate must possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

• Air force – The candidates must either have a B.Tech/B.E. degree or a graduation degree with physics and Maths studied as compulsory subjects in 10+2.

2. Age :

The age range for CDS 2 2018 is different for all services.

• Air force – 02 July , 1995 – 01 July , 1999 (19-23 years. 

• Army – IMA- 2nd July 1995 – 1st July 2000 (19-24) and OTA- 2nd July , 1994 – 1st July, 2000 (19-25)            years. 

• Navy – 2nd July , 1995 – 1st July , 2000(19- 22) year

3. Important dates :

• Date of notification – 8 August, 2018

• Last date of form submission – 3 September, 2018

• Date of examination – 18 November, 2018

4. Physical Standards for CDS - Height and weight standards : 

• Minimum acceptable height for male candidates is 157.5 cms (157 for Navy and 162.5 cms for Air          Force). 

• For females candidates, minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.

5. MYC Coaching Features & Fees Structure, etc. :

•        No. of seats = 30 Nos. 

•       Coaching Centre = MYC Training Hall, MYC Office, New Capital Complex, Aizawl

•       Class timing = Monday - Friday at 6:00 a.m - 8:00 a.m

• Date of admission = Date 2-8 August, 2018

• Duration of Course = Three (3) Months

•       Full Course Fees = Rs. 15000/- per head for 3 months

• MYC Sponsorship = 75 % of full course fees for  Rs. 11,250/- per head

• Student’s contribution = 25% of full course fees for Rs. 3,750/- per head
