Vision and Methodology in Establishing MYC Coaching Centres in Mizoram
Vision:
Our vision is to empower the youth of Mizoram by establishing high-quality coaching centres across key districts such as Aizawl, Lunglei, Siaha, Champhai, and Kolasib. These centres are dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering excellence, and preparing students for competitive exams and lucrative government job opportunities. We aim to bridge the gap between aspirations and achievements by providing holistic coaching that empowers individuals to succeed in their chosen fields.
Methodology:
1. Comprehensive Curriculum: We offer a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the needs of aspiring candidates for various competitive exams such as UPSC, SSC, Banking, and state-level services. Our courses are designed to cover both preliminary and mains examinations, ensuring thorough preparation.
2. Expert Faculty: We have a team of qualified and experienced faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. They provide personalized attention, conduct interactive sessions, and mentor students to excel academically.
3. Specialized Coaching: Each centre focuses on specialized coaching programs that cater to the specific requirements of the region. This includes subjects like General Studies, Mathematics, English, and other relevant disciplines crucial for competitive exams.
4. Mock Tests and Assessments: Regular mock tests and assessments are conducted to evaluate the progress of students and identify areas that require improvement. This practice helps in boosting confidence and enhancing exam performance.

Aizawl Centre:
INTRODUCTION: In 2016, the Mizoram Youth Commission (MYC) established a Coaching Center at Dinthar, Aizawl, aimed at developing Mizo youth and enhancing their entry in various central government jobs. Initially, the center offered courses in UPSC (Online), SSC, CDS, and Banking (Prelims & Mains) coaching. Mock interviews were conducted as needed to support young job seekers. Additionally, crash courses for NEET and JEE (4 months duration) were also provided. In January 2023, the coaching center relocated to MINECO, Thlanmual Rd, Khatla, Aizawl, Mizoram. Currently, the center offers coaching for MPSC and SSC exams.

INTRODUCTION
The MYC Southern Mizoram Zone was established in 2017. It initially launched programs including MPSC, Online IAS coaching, SSC, Banking, Online JEE & NEET, and Offline JEE & NEET. In 2018, it collaborated with Assam Rifles to organize the Army Pre-Recruitment Rally. Currently, we are assisting aspirants with online applications for the British Army.
